Berhampur: A massive fire broke out at Jhadankuli village in Kukudakhandi block on the outskirts of Berhampur city late last night.
The fire broke out at 1.30 am while everyone were asleep.
Sources said, four houses in Jhadankuli Dakhina Sahi were completely gutted in the fire. The family members rushed out of their house after they saw flames and smoke coming out of their house.
There are no casualties or injuries reported in the fire mishap.
On being informed, the fire tenders pressed into service and doused the blaze.
Worth lakhs of properties were burnt into ashes.
