Bhubaneswar: Odisha today registered 20 new Covid recovery cases in the last 24 hours, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H & FW) department on its Twitter handle.
As per the data shared by the health department, two each recovery cases were recorded from Khurda, Balasore and State Pool.
Here are the details of the recovery cases reported today:
- 16 from Khurda
- 1 from Balasore
- 3 from State Pool
With this, the total recovered cases of Odisha now stand at 12,79,499.

Earlier today, the State recorded 53 new positive cases which included five children in the 0-18 age group. According to the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department, 33 cases out of the 53 are quarantine cases while the rest 20 cases are local contacts.
With the detection of the 53 new positive cases, the number of the active cases in Odisha rose to 292.
