Bhubaneswar: Odia Tele-Serial actress Rashmirekha Ojha reportedly died due to asphyxiation following hanging. This was revealed by her post-mortem report today.
According to the sources of the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar, there were external or internal injuries on her body and her autopsy report mentioned her death by hanging caused by constriction of the neck by a ligature as the possible reason behind Rashmirekha’s death.
The sources further said that Rashmirekha had possibly breathed her last some 24-36 hours before the autopsy was conducted.
It is to be noted here that Rashmirekha was found hanging from the ceiling of her rented house in Nayapalli area of the State capital city on June 20.
In course of the investigation, the Nayapalli Police had recovered a suicide note from her house.
