Bhubaneswar: The menace of sex videos of girls does not seem to end in Odisha as few more such videos of a female dancer with a youth are making rounds on social networking sites.
These viral videos have been probably shot with the consent of both and captured by a mobile phone.
While those involved in surfacing and circulating the clips on the instant messaging platform are yet to be identified, it is not yet clear whether this is a case of casting couch. No police complaint has been made in this regard till now.
Recently, one such video of the winner of a reality show had gone viral.
Earlier on Monday, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had informed the Legislative Assembly that the cyber-crime menace has been increasing in the days over the days.
He had said that the state Cyber Crime Cell had registered 31 cases of objectionable viral video during the last three months (till March 31, 2018).
Notably, DGP RP Sharma had earlier issued advisory to all the district SPs and public to check circulation of such videos on the internet but the menace still continues.
