Puri: Noted Ollywood actor Raimohan Parida’s mortal remains were consigned to flames amid tearful adieu at the Swargadwar here this evening.
Parida’s younger daughter lit the funeral pyre during the cremation of Parida’s body in the presence of other family members hundreds of fans, well-wishers and artists actors of Ollywood and jatra industry.
Raimohan Parida is survived by two daughters and his wife.
It is to be noted here that the actor was found hanging in his residence at Prachi Vihar near Palasuni in Bhubaneswar today. Later his body was taken to the city-based Capital Hospital for post-mortem.
The actor’s family members donated his eyes after the autopsy.
