Night temperature likely to fall after four days in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The night temperature is likely to fall after four days in Odisha, informed the regional Meteorological Centre today.

The weather department said that the cold wave condition would return to the State after rainfall subsides in Odisha after January 25.

One or two places are likely to witness light to moderate rainfall in the next 24 hours. Districts like Kendrapara, Bhadrak, Keonjhar and Gajapati districts received a downpour.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of North Coastal Odisha, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and at one or two places over the rest of districts of Odisha between 8.30 AM of January 23 to 8.30 AM of January 24.

Besides, dense fog was seen in coastal and interior parts of Odisha while the minimum day temperature has increased.
