MBBS Doctor
- MBBS Degree from an institution recognised by Medical Council of India
- Must have completed compulsory Internship and also must have valid registration from the Odisha State Medical Council
- Age: upto 70 years as on 01.12.2021.
- The candidate should submit a fitness certificate from a Govt. Medical Officer as he/she is physically fit and able to discharge the duties
Part time Specialist (O&G/ Paed./ Medicine/ Geriatric/ Psychiatric/ ENT/ Skir5& VD / Eve
- The person should have MBSS with post graduation in O&G, Paed, Medicine, G6riatric, Psychiatric, ENT, Skin & VD, Eye
- The doctor should have valid registration from Odisha State Medical Council.
- Age: upto 70 years as on 01.12.2021
- The candidate should submit a fitness certificate from a Govt’ Medical Officer as he/she is physically fit and able to discharge the duties.
Logistic Manager u (Logistic, PROMIS & Immunisation)
- The candidate must have passed B. Pharma from a recognized University / institution with minimum 50% marks.
- S/he should have 01 year post qualification experience in drug management or material management or logistic management.
- Upper age limit: Up to 40 years as on 01.12.2021.
RMNCH/FP Counsellor
- The candidate must have passed Bachelors Degree in Social work/ Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Counseling Psychology/ Sociology / public administration from any recognized University/ Institution with at least 55% marks.
Or
- The candidate mist have passed Master Degree in Social Work Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Counseling Psychology/ Sociology/ Public Administration from any recognized University/ Institution with at least 55% mark.
- S/he must have Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in health or social sector.

Optometrist DEIC
- Candidates must have Post Graduate Degree in Social work along with Master of Philosophy in Psychiatric Social work obtained after completion of a full time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training from any University recognised by the University Grants Commission. Candidates must have passed Odia up to M.E. standard.
- Upper age Limit: up to 45 as years as on 01 .12.2021.
TBHV (NTEP)
- Graduate in Science or Intermediate (10+2) in Science and experience of working as MPW / LHV / ANM / Health worker/ Certificate or higher course in health education / counselling or Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course. Certificate course in computer operations (minimum 02 months).
- Preferential Qualification: Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector’s course.
- Upper Age Limit: Up to 65 years as on 01.12.2021.
Dental Technician (DEIC)
- The candidate must have passed Diploma in Dental Technology (at least 2 years of course duration) from a recogniz8d Institution / University. The Institution should be recognized by Dental Council of India.
- Upper Age Limit: up to 40 years as on 01.12.2021.
Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP)
- The candidate must have passed in General Nursing & Midwifery / BSC Nursing from any 3 Govt. Nursing schools of 3 Medical colleges / school of nursing MCL, Talcher / IGH Rourkela or other recognized private institutions duly approved by INC and must have registered in the Odisha Nurses & Midwives council.
- S/he must have Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
- In absence of Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing, candidate having basic qualification as mentioned at (i) above with 01 month training in Psychiatric Nursing in NIMHANS, CIP, LGBRIMH- Tezpur or other identified institutions, as per list attached may be considered.
- Age limit: up to 65 years as on 01 .12.2021.
Community Nurse (NMHP)
- Candidates must have Master Degree in Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. All the above qualifications must be from any recognised University or Institution with minimum 60% marks and must be of two years duration. Candidates must have passed Odia up to ME standard.
- Age Limit: up to 45 years as on 01.12.2021.
Case Registry Asst. (DMHP)
- The Candidate must have passed Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution with PGDCA / DCA / Odisha State certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (minimum 6 months course duration) or any equivalent courses from a recognized institute.
- Upper Age Limit: Up to 32 years as on 01 .12.2021.
Data Assistant cum Accountant (NUHM)
- The candidate must be a Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50o% marks in aggregate and also must have passed PGDCA / DCA / Odisha State certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (minimum 6 months course duration) or any equivalent courses from a recognized institute.

Empanelment of Yoga Teacher for HWC (part time)
- PG Diploma in Yoga & MA in Human Conscious & Yogic Science/ MA in Yoga & Naturopathy/ MA in Yogic Science/ Certificate course in Yoga.
- Desirables: Minimum 10 Persons to participate in each Yoga session.
- Remuneration: Rs 500/- per session (90 Minutes) including conveyance.
Empanelment of Nutritionist for HWC (Part Time)
- The person should have BSC. (Home Science / Post Graduation in Home Science / Nutrition from recognised institution).
- Age: No age bar
- The candidate should submit a fitness certificate from a Govt. Medical Officer as he/she is physically fit and able to discharge the duties.
