Newspaper On Wheels Started For Passengers Of Mo Bus Service

Bhubaneswar: The Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) today started ‘Newspaper on Wheels’ for passengers of Mo Bus service. The Mo Bus service is managed by the CRUT.

Senior IPS official and Managing Director of CRUT, Arun Botha launched the service today. “Passengers of Mo Bus service will get free newspapers in busses. In the first phase, we have provided English dailies in AC buses. In the next phase we will also provide Odia news papers,” said Bothra.

Currently, as many as 190 buses including 50 AC buses are plying on 20 various routes in Bhubaneswar, Khordha and Cuttack. “We have decided to provide around 500 newspapers in buses and will see the response of passengers. We are also planning to provide books for passengers of the bus service,’ said General Manager (Personnel and Administration) of CRUT,  Dipti Mahapatro.
