NEET Exam to be held in Odisha today

Bhubaneswar: The National Entrance cum Eligibility Test (NEET) exam will be held in Odisha today. NEET, which was supposed to be conducted on May 5, was postponed indefinitely due to the Cyclone Fani which hit Odisha on May 3.

Along with the students of Odisha, 155 students of Siliguri who could not appear the test due to the shortage of question papers and another 356 students from Karnataka who missed their trains and were unable to appear the exam will be appearing for the same in Odisha today.

NEET which was conducted throughout the nation on May 5 was postponed by the request of the Odisha State Government due to the Cyclone Fani. Today the exam will be conducted in Bhubaneswar, Berhampur and Rourkela as the exam centres.
