Bhadrak: More than 40 people of Hasanabad Astaka village in Bhadrak district have been admitted to hospital after suffering from diarrhea.
Reportedly, the people of the village went to attend a function at one Dasia Behera’s house where they had Odia delicacies.
Thereafter, more than 40 people fell ill this morning by suffering from diarrhea and vomiting.
Among all of them, over 20 people have been shifted to District Headquarter Hospital (DHH) in Jajpur.
The cause behind the matter is yet to be ascertained. However, the health condition of the villagers are stable and under medical treatment.
