Jagatsinghpur: In a tragic incident as many as 15 persons sustained injury as a Hyva Truck hit a passenger bus in Jagatsinghpur district of Odisha on Sunday. The accident took place at the Alaka College square of Basantapur area of Machhagan Road in the district.
As per reports, today the passenger bus was on its way to Gariagoda area of Padmapur from Cuttack through Jagasinghpur when the Hyva truck hit it at the Alaka College chhaka.
As a result of the accident 15 persons sustained injury. Out of them the nine critically injured persons were shifted to the District Head Quarter Hospital in Jagatsinghpur. Also, some of them then shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.
Police are investigating about the case.
