Bhubaneswar: The Duty Officer of Meteorological Centre here today informed that yellow warning for light to moderate rainfall with lightning likely to affect some parts of nine districts of the district.
The weatherman department said that light to moderate rain, thundershower with lightning are likely to affect some parts of the districts of Keonjhar, Dhenkanal, Angul, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Malkangiri and Koraput within the next three hours.
The Duty Officer further advised the people of these districts to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strikes.
