Bhadrak: Miscreants have made yet another failed attempt to loot an ATM under Bhadrak Rural Police Station area last night.
As per the report, a group of two miscreants struck the State Bank of India (SBI) ATM located in Randia Bazaar area late last night. They were busy in cutting the cash tray at the kiosk after breaking the CCTV cameras when a security guard deployed at a private farm nearby spotted them.
In fear of being caught the accused duo escaped from the spot before the guard could reach near them.
Later, Bhadrak Rural Police rushed to the spot and carried out the preliminary investigation at the ATM.
The miscreants have failed to take away any cash from the teller machine during the incident, informed the bank staff who verified the kiosk later.
An investigation is underway to trace the absconding looters.
