BisraRourkela: Throwing a challenge to police in the Steel City Rourkela, bike-borne miscreants looted at least Rs 25 lakh from a cash van after putting the bank staffs at the gunpoint at Sorada under Bisra Police Station area last night.

The incident took place at around 9 PM while the van of a security agency carrying cash of State Bank of India (SBI) was on its way to load it in an ATM machine at Sorada.
