Khordha: Motorcycle-borne miscreants allegedly looted Rs 23 lakh from an agent of a private company at gunpoint here in Odisha on Friday.
The incident occurred on TLC road Under Khordha model police limits in the district headquarter town here when Bapuji Maharana of Jatani area was on his way to a bank to deposit the amount.
The miscreants intercepted the agent’s vehicle, threatened him with a gun and snatched his bag containing Rs 23 lakh.
On being informed, Police reached the spot and started a probe into the matter.
