Bhubaneswar: A loot has taken place in broad daylight inside the Mo Bus in the capital city of Odisha, Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.
Reportedly, two miscreants boarded the bus following which they looted a wallet from a woman passenger.
Later when the woman passenger searched for her wallet in her bag to pay for the bus ticket, she learnt that it was missing. Thereafter, she got off the bus and searched for the robbers.
The two miscreants were later apprehended at the Fire Station square and handed over them to Khandagiri Police.
The cops seized foreign currency, four stolen mobiles and some cash from their possession. However, they threw the wallet that they had stolen from the woman’s bag.
The two miscreants have been detained and are being questioned by police. It is being suspected that they belong to some other state as they have been conversing in Rajasthani language.
It is to be noted that the incident took place while the woman passenger was on her way to the hospital for her mother’s treatment.
