Dhenkanal: Some unidentified miscreants looted gold ornaments and money from the house of an ex CRPF jawan in Palasapithia village under Bhuban police limits in Dhenkanal district of Odisha on Monday night.
According to reports, while the ex jawan Biranji Mahapatra was sleeping at night the miscreants broke into his house .
The jawan claims that almost Rs 60,000 cash and gold ornaments worth lakhs of rupees have been looted from his house.
On being informed, the Bhuban police arrived at the spot and initiated the investigation.
