Bhubaneswar: The series of loot continued in the capital city of Odisha as a miscreant targeted a medicine store to loot cash late on Tuesday night. The incident took place in Kharvel Nagar area in Bhubaneswar.
Reportedly, the miscreant entered a homeopathy medicine store, named as Dynamic Homoeopathic Centre, after breaking the safety grill.
They robbed Rs 3 lakh cash from the drawer as well as from the almirah.
The whole incident has also been caught on CCTV that was installed in the store. The store owner has filed a complaint with the local police.
From the preliminary investigation, it has been learnt that the robbery took place around 2 am – 2.30 am last night. An investigation into the matter is underway.
