Bhubaneswar: Odisha government on Monday affected a minor IAS reshuffle. As per a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department of Odisha Government, Sambalpur Collector Shubham Saxena was appointed as Joint Secretary to the A & FE Department.
As per the notification, 2016 bath IAS officer Dibya Jyoti Parida, presently Commissioner, Rourkela Municipal Corporation with additional charge of CEO, Rourkela Smart City Ltd, ADM, Rourkela and Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority was appointed as the Collector and District Magistrate of Sambalpur.
Besides, the 2013 bath IAS Shubham Saxena, Collector and DM, Sambalpur was appointed as Joint Secretary to Government, A & FE Department.
Similarly, 2018 batch IAS Dr. Subhankar Mohapatra, presently Sub-Collector Baliguda, Kandhamal with additional charge of Executive Officer, NAC Baliguda and PA, ITDA, Baliguda was appointed as Commissioner, Rourkela Municipal Corporation.
He is allowed to remain in additional charge of CEO, Rourkela Smart City Ltd, ADM, Rourkela and Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority in addition to his own duties.
