Keonjhar: A minor girl committed suicide by consuming pesticide over family feud in Murga Pahadi village under Ghatagaon police limits in Keonjhar district last night.
The deceased has been identified as Dasama Munda of the same village.
As per the report, Dasama had an altercation with his father Rama Munda over certain issues in the evening. Later in the night, the victim consumed pesticide kept at home for agricultural purpose and turned critical.
Though Dasama was rushed to Ghatagaon Community Health Centre (CHC) in critical condition by her family, she died there under treatment.
Police have lodged a case of unnatural death in connection with the case and started an investigation.
