Bhubaneswar: The regional meteorological department on Friday issued thunderstorm and lightning warning for four districts of the state.
The latest bulletin of the MeT said that the latest Doppler weather radar and satellite imageries indicate that thunderstorm accompanied with lightning, gusty surface likely to occur over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak Mayurbhanj, Ganjam till 7.30 PM.
People of theses districts have been asked to stay indoors or take shelter in safe locations during the occurrences of thunderstorm and lightning.
