Matric offline exam results announced in Odisha, check details

Bhubaneswar: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha announced the results of the special matriculation offline examination today. This was informed by the informs School & Mass Education Department.

The Matric offline exam results have been announced with a pass percentage of 80.83.

As many as 5233 have passed the exam. This includes 3100 boys and 2133 girls.

However, 141 students have failed the exam.

As many as 66,20 students, who were not satisfied with the marks awarded to them by the BSE, had filled up the forms for the offline examination. However, while 1086 students did not write the exam, the candidatures of 146 students were rejected.

The grades of 271 students have improved while the grades of 459 students have been reduced.

Passing Grades:

A1- 42

A2- 255

B1- 348

B2- 458

C- 599

D- 846

E- 2685

F- 141

The Class 10 exam was held at 504 centres across the State between July 30 and August 5.

It is to be noted here that the BSE had cancelled the annual matric examination for the first time due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation and given the number to the students based on the basis of their performance in Class 9 and Class 10 examinations.
