Math question paper viral: Centre Superintendent, 2 other suspended
Bhawanipatna: Taking a serious note of the Matric Mathematics question paper viral incident, Kalahandi District Education Officer (DEO) has suspended three persons including the Superintendent of the exam centre.
According to reports, the Kalahandi DEO has suspended Paramananda Bidyapeeth along with invigilator and reliever at the centre after conducting an investigation into the question paper viral incident that took place today around 11 am.
On the other hand, Board of Secondary Education (BSE) president Jahan Ara Begum while speaking to the newsmen over the incident said, “Around 11.20 am we got the news along with the viral subjective question copy. Then we contacted the District Education Officer (DEO) and asked about the matter. The DEO, after conducting a probe, suspended the Superintendent, invigilator and reliever of the exam centre.
“As of now, we will lodge a police complaint against the trio. Will decide further course of action based on the leads which we may get later. We think that attempts are made to create chaos by circulating wrong question papers and today’s incident was also done with the same purpose as it is not possible for the students to write the answers of subjective questions within a short period of time.”
