Phulbani: Unleashing Red fear again in Kandhamal district, Maoists put up a number of posters and banners in Baliguda area last night and extended their support to the ‘Odisha Bandh’ call given by Naba Nirman Krushak Sangathan (NNKS) on February 21.
The Maoist communiques which were spotted by some locals in the wee hours today at Budaguda Chhak were seen heavily criticising the anti-farmer policy of the Naveen Government at the State in the first place. Holding the Odisha Government responsible for plights of farmers, Maoists through the posters appealed residents of the district to make February 21 bandh a success.
More shockingly, the Red posters were also seen giving advocacy in the favour of terror mongers in Jammu and Kashmir State and blamed the Central Government for the Pulwama attack recently, which killed 49 CRPF jawans including two Odias last Thursday.
Police have reached the spot and seized the posters to examine their authenticity.
