Maoist Banners Found In Odisha, Call For Bandh On May 20

Nabarangpur: Maoist posters and banners were erected on the border of Raigarh in Nabarangpur district of Odisha.

The Maoists have put up banners across Jodinga and Hati villages in the Raigarh block and have protested against the government’s policies.

Local police reached the spot and confiscated the banners.

Yesterday Maoists had put up banners at different locations in Landaga Bridge on the Baliguda police station limits in Kandhamal district of Odisha.

In addition, multiple posters have been put up in Khamankhol village. The banners were allegedly put up by the KKBN division of the Maoists.

Reportedly, the red rebels appealed to make the bandh successful in the State.

The Mao organization have called for successful implementation of the bandh that has been called by them on May 20, 2022.
