Balangir: In a shocking incident, a man has strangled his younger brother to death in Chamarapada under Sadar Police limits in Balangir.
The deceased has been identified as Joesph Rohidas.
Reportedly, Joseph was abusing his elder brother, Rajin in an inebriated state late on Friday night. Thereafter, Rajin strangled Joseph’s throat with his in an enraged state of mind.
Although Joseph was not responding, his family rushed him to the hospital with a hope that he was still alive. However, the doctors pronounced him brought dead.
The dead body was brought back to Joseph’s house for performing his last rites. On getting the information, the cops have detained the accused elder brother for further investigation.
