Subarnapur: A man allegedly murdered his wife in Subarnapur district of Odisha recently. The incident took place in Tikiripada village under Subalaya Police limits in the district.
The deceased has been identified as Sunita Singh wife of the accused Laxman Singh.
As per reports, eight years back Laxman had married Sunita of Sindurpur under Binika Police Station in the District. The couple has two sons. The murder was committed allegedly due to family dispute. Reportedly, the man and his wife had earlier tussled between each other and the matter had been complained in Police station. However, after police intervention everything was cool.
The family members of the deceased woman recently came to know about death of the woman.
After getting information Subalaya Police reached the spot and started investigation. The scientific team is also investigating at the crime scene.
