Sambalpur: Mystery shrouded the death of a man whose body was found hanging from a tree at Sindurapanka Chhak beside National Highway-6 under Sadar Police Station here on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as one Sanjay of the same area.
As per some neighbours of Sanjay he had an altercation with some of his family members over unknown reason last night and left home a few minutes later. His body was spotted hanging to a tree by a towel early this morning.
While it seems to be a case of suicide police have reached the spot for investigation.
The exact reason of the death will be ascertained after completion of the autopsy of the deceased, a police official said.
