Man found hanging inside a toilet near ISKON temple in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Mystery shrouded the death of a man whose body was found hanging inside a pubic toilet located adjacent to ISKCON temple premise here on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Babu Sahu (48), a resident of Seragada of Ganjam district.

The death came to fore this morning after some devotees spotted the body inside the toilet and informed the temple authority. The deceased was found hanging from the ceiling of the toilet by a towel.

Police rushed to the spot and seized the body for autopsy to start the investigation.

As per the temple authority, Babua worked at a restaurant located inside the temple for the past couple of years. He was on leave since November 18.

Police are examining the CCTV footage available at the temple to find out the exact cause of death.
