Baliguda: A man lost his life after a speeding car rammed into him while he was returning home after attending a marriage feast here in Kandhamal district of Odisha on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as Makhan Dandia of Landagaon village under Baliguda police limits.
As per sources, Makhan had gone to attend a marriage function. On his way back home, a speeding car rammed into him after the driver lost balance on the wheels, leading to his death on the spot.
After hitting Makhan, the car then rammed into a house. While angry villagers managed to nab one of the accused from the car, the driver reportedly fled the spot.
