Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra on Thursday visited Malkangiri district and reviewed different developmental projects being carried out in the district.
While reviewing the projects, the Chief Secretary visited the proposed site identified on the outskirts of Malkangiri for the Airport. While speaking he said that the airport will be ready by March, 2024.
Mahapatra also reviewed the projects relating to road communication, drinking water, agriculture, horticulture, social security schemes and the promotion of agro-enterprises.
Among others District Collector Vishal Singh, SP Nitesh Wadhwani, Project Director Balmukund Bhuyan and other district level officers were present.
