Bhubaneswar: Odisha government n Monday effected a major reshuffle in OAS cadre by appointing Additional secretary to Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment department, Biswajit Biswal, as the administrator (Niti) of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA). He replaced Pradeep Kumar Das whom the state government transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department.
According to a notification issued by the general administration and public grievance department, the transfers have been made following the order of the Governor.
Ashok Kumar Nayak, posted as the commissioner, consolidation has been given additional charge of Commissionerate of Departmental Enquiries.
Rabindra Nath Mishra, CDl, Odisha, has been transferred and posted as Vice Chairman, CDA, Cuttack on Foreign Service terms & conditions.
Bijay Kumar Rath, Additional Secretary to Government, P.R. & D.W. Department UoT as Commissioner, CMC, Cuttack is allowed to continue as Additional Secretary to Government, P.R. & D.W’ Department. Posting of Rath as Commissioner, CMC, Cuttack is hereby cancelled.
Sukanta Tripathy, PD, DRDA, Rayagada UoT as PD, DRDA, Sundargarh is transferred and posted as PD, DRDA, Sambalpur on Foreign Service terms & conditions.
Narayan Murmu, Ex-PA, ITDA, Nabarangpur has been posted as Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Koraput. The incumbent ADM Soojata Mishra has been transferred and posted as Addl. Land Commissioner (l/c), Koraput.
F&ARD Department Additional Secretary Biswa Mohan Ray has been transferred and posted as MD, Odisha Small Industries Corporation, Cuttack.
Taranisen Nayak, ADM, Boudh, has been transferred and posted as GM, Odisha Forest Development Corporation on Foreign Service terms & conditions.
Bhumesh Chandra Behera, QAS(SAG), PD, DRDA, Sundargarh UoT as Additional Secretary to Government, P.R. & D.W. Department has been allowed to continue as PD, DRDA, Sundargarh on Foreign Service terms & conditions. Posting Behera as Additional Secretary to Government, P.R. & D.W. Department has been cancelled.
Subhadarshini Swain, Dy. Director, Employment has been transferred and posted as GM, Odisha State Beverage Corporation on Foreign Service terms & conditions.
Dr. Pramod Prusty, Ex-Tahasildar, Ghatagaon has been posted as Dy. Commissioner, BMC, Bhubaneswar on Foreign Service terms & conditions. Services of Daridra Bhanjan M.M. Patra, Dy. Commissioner, BMC, Bhubaneswar, has been placed with Water Resources Department for posting as LAO.
Pabitra Behera, Ex-BDO, Koida UoT as PA, ITDA, Kuchinda has transferred and posted as A.O., Registrar of Cooperative Societies. He is allowed to remain in charge of MD, Bargarh, Sugar Mill.
Jyotisankar Mohapatra, GM, Odisha State Beverage Corporation has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Employment.
