Cuttack: A major fire broke out in a medicine godown, located at Mangalabag area here in Odisha, on Saturday little while ago.
No injuries or casualties were reported in the incident. However, medicines worth lakhs of rupees gutted in the fire.
On being informed, two fire tenders rushed to the spot to doused the flame. Later, one more fire tender reached the spot.
It is suspected that the fire broke out due to a short-circuit in the two-storey building .
