Cuttack: In a sudden twist in Mahanga Double Murder Case another prime accused Prafulla Biswal alias Kabua was killed in a road accident near Tangi of Cuttack district.
Sources said, the accused Prafulla was run over by a speeding vehicle late Friday night and died on the spot.
However, neither Biswal’s family members nor have the police officials commented on the reason behind Biswal’s death.
Prafulla was absconding after the brutal murder of BJP leader Kulamani Baral and his aide Dibyasingh Baral in Mahanga on January 2.
The police reached the spot and have started a probe into the incident.
So far, 10 persons have been arrested in the Mahanga Double murder case.
