Bhubaneswar: Two lovebirds from West Bengal committed suicide at their hotel room here on Thursday.
According to reports, the young couple was staying at Room No.114 of Senapati Hotel in Ashok Nagar here for the last two days. However, their bodies were found hanging from the ceiling fan this evening, which was first spotted by a hotel staff.
The hotel officials informed about the matter to the Capital Police, who rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies and sent them to the Capital Hospital for postmortem.
From its preliminary investigation, cops assumed that the young lovers might have taken the drastic step after failing in love.
Further investigation is on.
