Loot at IAS Pranabjyoti Nath’s residence: 3 persons including 2 minor boys held

Bhubaneswar: In a major breakthrough, the Special Squad of Commissionerate Police today arrested three persons including two minor boys for their involvement in the burglary in the house of IAS officer Pranab Jyoti Nath.

Police also recovered Rs 2.52 lakh, gold ornaments worth of 3.5 lakh stolen from Pranab’s house on November 21. Besides, the cops also laid their hands on two laptops and one LED TV which the robbers had stolen from the Unit-8 areas of the city.

The accused Pranab Jyoti Nath along with the juveniles will be produced in the court later today, said sources at the police department.
