Bhubaneswar: Motorists and bikers have been making a beeline for of the pollution testing centres in the state capital for hours to obtain pollution under control (PUC) certificate.
Under the amended MV Act, a person will be fined Rs 10,000 for failing to produce a PUC certificate. Earlier, the fine amount was only Rs 500.
However, most of the city residents are unaware of the pollution testing centres in Bhubaneswar.

Aftr watching your video on YouTube about authorised pollution testing center , I went to the Bharat Motors , Mancheswar but there are testing only Hero motorcycle . They told me go to the other pollution testing center.
