Bhubaneswar: With a view to clearing additional rush of passengers during Puja Holidays, Ministry of Railways is running Special Trains towards different destinations from and through East Coast Railway (ECoR) jurisdiction by creating additional berths.
These trains are Puri-Santragachhi (Howrah)-Puri Special, Puri-Shalimar (Howrah)-Puri Special, Bhubaneswar-Secunderabad-Bhubaneswar Special, Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Special, Visakhapatnam-Tirupati-Visakhapatnam Special, Kacheguda-Tata-Kacheguda Special, Sealdah-Puri-SealdahSpecial and Santragachhi-Chennai-Santragachhi Special.
These apart, a number of Special Trains have been planned to ply between different destinations of the country through East Coast Railway jurisdiction during this Puja season and will also create more berths from ECoR. Important regular trains have been planned to be augmented with additional coaches during the period by creating additional berths.
PURI-SANTRAGACHHI (HOWRAH)-PURI SPECIAL:
08403/08404 Puri-Santragachhi-Puri Special Fare Train from Puri will leave at 2125hrs on every Friday between 4th October to 27th December, 2019 and from Santragachhi will leave at 1910hrs on every Saturday between 5th October to 28th December, 2019.
PURI-SHALIMAR/SANTRAGACHHI (HOWRAH)-PURI SPECIAL:
08037/08038 Shalimar-Puri-Shalimar Special Fare Train from Shalimar will leave at 2355hrs on every Friday between 4th October to 27th December, 2019 and from Puri will leave at 2355hrs on every Saturday between 5th October to 28th December, 2019.
SANTRAGACHHI-CHENNAI-SANTRAGACHHI SPECIAL:
02841/02842 Santragachhi-Chennai-Santragachhi Special from Santragachhi will leave at 1240hrs on every Friday between 4th October to 27th December, 2019 and from Chennai will leave at 1820hrs on every Saturday 5th October to 28th December, 2019.
BHUBANESWAR-SECUNDERABAD-BHUBANESWAR AC SPL:
08407/08408 Bhubaneswar-Secunderabad-Bhubaneswar AC Special from Bhubaneswar will leave at 1320hrs on every Thursday between 3rd October to 26th December, 2019 and from Secunderabad will leave at 2130hrs on every Friday between 4th October to 27th December, 2019.
KACHEGUDA-TATA-KACHIEUDA SPECIAL:
07438/07439 Kacheguda-Tata-Kacheguda Special from Kacheguda will leave at 1300hrs on every Monday between 7th October to 30th December, 2019 and from Tata will leave at 2250hrs on every Tuesday between 8th October to 31st December, 2019.
SECUNDERABAD-BHUBANESWAR-SECUNDERABAD BI-WEEKLY SPECIAL:
02784/02783 Secunderabad-Bhubaneswar-Secunderabad bi-weekly Special from Secunderabad will leave at 1240hrs on every Wednesday & Saturday between 2nd October to 30th November, 2019 and from Bhubaneswar will leave at 1800hrs on every Thursday & Sunday between 3rd October to 28th November, 2019.
VISAKHAPATNAM-SECUNDERABAD-VISAKHAPATNAM SPECIAL FARE:
08501/08502 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Special from Visakhapatnam will leave at 2300hrs on every Tuesday between 1st October to 31st December, 2019 and from Secunderabad will leave at 1630hrs on every Wednesday between 2nd October to 25th December, 2019.
VISAKHAPATNAM-TIRUPATI-VISAKHAPATNAM SPECIAL FARE:
08573/08574 Visakhapatnam-Tirupati-Visakhapatnam Special from Visakhapatnam will leave at 2255hrs on every Monday between 7th October to 30th December, 2019 and from Tirupati will leave at 1530hrs on every Tuesday between 8th October to 31st December, 2019.
SAMBALPUR-BANASWADI (BANGALORE)-SAMBALPUR SPECIAL FARE:
08301/08302 Sambalpur-Banaswadi-Sambalpur Special Fare Train from Sambalpur will leave at 0935hrs on every Wednesday from 2nd October to 25TH December, 2019 and from Banaswadi will leave at 2330hrs on every Thursday between 3rd October to 26th December, 2019.
KACHEGUDA-SRIKAKULAM-KACHEGUDA SPECIAL:
07148/07147 Kacheguda-Srikakulam-Kacheguda Special from Kacheguda will leave at 1845hrs on every Sunday from 6th October to 29th December, 2019 and from Srikakulam will leave at 1715hrs on every Monday from 7th October to 30th December, 2019.
KACHEGUDA-SRIKAKULAM-TIRUPATI SPECIAL:
07016/07479 Kacheguda-Srikakulam-Tirupati Special from Kacheguda will leave at 1845hrs on every Tuesday from 1st October to 31st December, 2019 and from Srikakulam will leave at 1630hrs on every Wednesday from 2nd October to 1st January, 2020.
HABIBGANJ (Bhopal)-PURI-HABIBGANJ SPECIAL:
01661/01662 Habibganj-Puri-Habibganj Special from Habibganj will leave at 0720hrs on every Tuesday and from Puri will leave at 1500hrs on every Wednesday up to 30th October, 2019.
SEALDAH-PURI-SEALDAH AC SPECIAL:
03101/03102 Sealdah-Puri-Sealdah AC Special train from Sealdah will leave at 2350hrs on 5th October, 2019 and from Puri at 1400hrs on 6th October, 2019.
