Sambalpur: Mystery shrouded the death of a man who found dead in a pool of blood in his house under Sasan Police Station in Sambalpur today.
The deceased has been identified as Hurdanand Pradhan, a resident of Balianali village of Deogarh district. He was working as a Lecturer in Mura College.
The incident came to fore after some neighbours of Pradhan found him lying inside a room of his quarter with multiple injury marks on his body this morning and called up police.
Police rushed the body for autopsy reaching the spot later and launched an investigation.
While the autopsy report is awaited it seems to be a case of murder informed the police.
