Bhubaneswar: Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) has posted 90 percent result in the +2 Science examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha.
Result of the examinations, which were held between March 7 and 30, 2019, was declared today. Most of the students of KISS who earned success in the examination have secured either first or second division.
This is an extraordinary and historical achievement for tribal students, said parents of the successful students and leaders of the tribal community. It is a rare feat to educate and groom tribal students from remote areas of the State and enable them to excel in the +2 Science examinations every year, opined intellectuals.
Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS congratulated all the students of KIIS on their success. Expressing satisfaction over the result he said, “The continued success of KISS students, year after year has been possible only due to the blessings of God, the continuous effort of teachers, staff and hard work of students of KISS.”
