KISS to have branch in West Bengal soonCalcutta: World’s largest tribal residential University Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) will have one of its branches in West Bengal soon.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was inked between KISS and Help Us Help Them, an NGO, in this regard today at Calcutta.

Dr. Achyuta Samanta, founder of KISS and KIIT, signed the agreement on behalf of KISS with the authorities of Help Us Help Them. He thanked the members of the NGO for opening the branch of KISS with its own expenses with an aim to discard poverty through education.

“We had visited KISS and met its founder Dr. Achyuta Samanta after knowing about it and were so impressed by its management, which provides free food and education to 27,000 tribal children, that we decided to open such model institute in West Bengal for helping the poor children,” said Mukti Gupta, the Managing Director of Help Us Help Them.
