Bhadrak: In a tragic incident an ITI student was killed in a road mishap in Bhadrak district of Odisha on Tuesday. The incident took place near Atal Bihari chowk on the Basudevpur-Dhamra road.
The deceased ITI student has been identified as Rinku Kumar Sahu of Binayakpur.
As per reports, Rinku was on his way to the College to appear in the examination today on his bike when a Haiwa truck hit his bike from the rear side near Atal Bihari chowk. He was killed on the spot.
Following the accident, the irate locals blocked the road demanding compensation for the family of the deceased and early construction of road. By the time this report was written, Police personnel had been deployed on the spot.
