Sambalpur: The road accidents have been one of the major problems in today’s world. In Odisha too there is a drastic increase of road accidents which happen due to the carelessness of the people. So to create awareness about traffic rules, Sambalpur police have come up with an innovative way to make the people understand the importance of traffic rules and obey them.
The district police have come up with a traffic park where a traffic police is telling the rules that they have to follow while driving vehicles. No one is left whether they are school children or women, all are taken to that the park if they are found violating the traffic rules.
Seeing this unique way of tight checking in the town, some traffic violators while trying to escape from the spot, they were caught by the police and taken to the park and made aware about the rules so that they learn to obey the traffic rules and stay safe.
The innovative way of the district police to create awareness about traffic rules has been appreciated by one and all in the district.
