Indore-Puri Humsafar Express Train Flagged Off

Indore: Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan flagged off a Humsafar Express between Indore and Puri (Odisha) here on Saturday.

Mahajan, who is the Member of Parliament from Indore, thanked Railway Minister Piyush Goyal for allotting the Express train, which has special service comprising entirely 3AC coaches. She said that the train was a good effort to connect Indore with prominent religious places.

The Indore-Puri Hamasafar Express (19317) will depart from Indore every Tuesday at 12:40 PM and reach Puri the next day at 7:55 PM. In its return journey, the train will leave Puri every Wednesday at 11:55 PM and arrive at Indore by 11:25 AM on Friday.

The Humsafar Express train will have halt at Dewas, Bhopal, Itarsi, Nagpur, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur, Jharsuguda Road, Sambalpur City, Angul, Bhubaneswar and Khurda Road junction in both directions.
