Bhubaneswar: The IMD Regional Centre here has predicted thundershower for at least five districts of Odisha today.
As per the latest Nowcast of the MeT Department, thundershower accompanied by lightning and moderate spell of rainfall are likely to occur in districts like Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Bhadrak and Jajpur from 8.30 AM and 11.30 AM.
As a pre cautionary measure in the alerted districts people have been advised to refrain from venturing out till 11.30 AM and take shelter in safe places to avoid any untoward incidents.
