IMD issues Yellow Warning to 25 districts of Odisha for next 24 hours

Bhubaneswar: According to the midday weather bulletin by Meteorological Centre Bhubaneswar on Sunday, several districts of Odisha have been issued yellow warning for next 24 hours.

The weather warning is valid from 01:30 PM of June 27, 2021 up to 08:30 AM of June 28, 2021.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of Koraput, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Kandhamal, Nuapada, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Gajapati and at a few places over rest districts of Odisha.

Weather Warning

Heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Koraput, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, and Nuapada. On the other hand, thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Dhenkanal, Kandhamal, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Nuapada and Kalahandi.

A cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers are expected in the city. The maximum and minimum temperature in the city is very likely to be around 32°C and 25°C respectively.
