Bhubaneswar: A human skull and bones were found from a dust bin near High School in Nayapalli IRC village here in Odisha on Friday.
According to reports, workers of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) noticed a human skull and bones wrapped in a polythene bag while dumping the garbage in a dustbin in the locality this morning.
The BMC workers informed the matter to the locals and called the police.
On being informed, the Nayapalli police along with a scientific team rushed to the spot and seized human skull and bones.
Police also sent the seized skeleton to the State Forensic Laboratory for a DNA test. “Further investigation is underway in this connection,” police said.
