Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government has hiked the home loan amount from 25 lakh to 40 lak for the state government employees.
The same has been done on the basis of recommendations made by the Seventh Pay Commission.
The interest rate, on the other hand has been reduced to 8% from 11.5%. The loan will be disbursed to the employees in two phases in 60:40 proportion.
All permanent government employees and employees under the National Pension Scheme are eligible to bag this offer.
