HIV positive couple gets married in Ganjam dist of Odisha, CM Naveen Patnaik blesses on VC: Watch

Bhubaneswar: In a first, a HIV positive couple got married on Saturday in Gopalpur town in Ganjam district of Odisha. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik blessed the couple on Virtual mode for a happy married life.

The marriage of Padma and Ravindra, both of whom are HIV positive, was held at the Shraddha Sanjivani Institution that is run by the district administration. The marriage was organised with support from the district administration.

Most interestingly, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik attended the marriage through video conferencing and blessed the couple. CM’s 5T Secretary VK Pandian was also with him.
