Bhubaneswar: A hanging body of a youth has been recovered from a tree in the capital city, Bhubaneswar on Friday morning.
The body has been found hanging from a tree near Nalco Square.
Reportedly, some locals spotted the youth sitting still under a tree and his neck was tied with a piece of cloth to the tree.
On getting the information, the Chandrasekharpur Police arrived at the crime spot and recovered the body. The body has been sent to Capital Hospital for post mortem procedure.
From the preliminary investigation, the police suspected that the incident has occurred late on Thursday night. The identity of the deceased youth and the cause behind the death is yet to be ascertained.
